Job Description

    As a motivated B2B Sales Executive at our growing waste management company in Kochi, your role will involve engaging offices, commercial establishments, and institutions to onboard them for scheduled waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and visit potential B2B clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and institutions.- Present waste collection, disposal, and recycling solutions to key decision-makers.- Convert leads into active clients and onboard them for regular waste pickup services.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and retention.- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on field activities.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred).- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.- Willingness to travel extensively within Kochi.- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our waste management company by effectively engaging B2B clients and promoting our waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.
