Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Backend API professional at Infocus Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices. You may also lead backend development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and mentor junior developers if you are applying for a Lead role. For Developer roles, you will need a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices.- Lead backend development projects, ensuring high code quality and performance standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.- Mentor junior developers and guide them through technical challenges (for Lead candidates).Qualifications Required:- 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in backend development for Lead role.- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for Developer role.- Proficient in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.- Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Additional Details:- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).- Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.- Exposure to Agile methodologies.(Note: The companys name mentioned in the job description is Infocus Technologies Pvt.
