Job Description

    As an EDI Enrollment Analyst at PracticeSuite, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues by resolving enrollment issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:- Answering incoming enrollment emails and phone calls to address customer concerns promptly.- Researching missing remittances and enrollment-related claim rejections.- Offering internal support to the Onboarding, Implementation, Sales, or Support teams on enrollment-related calls and issues.To excel in this role, the successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:- Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a team player.- Excellent writing and oral communication skills, especially with customers.- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.- Energetic and engaging phone presence with customers.- Positive attitude, hardworking, and a team player.- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Internet applications.Experience: 5 yearsLocation: Mumbai / Kochi (Work from Office)Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM)About PracticeSuite:PracticeSuite is a rapidly growing cloud computing software company headquartered in Tampa, FL, offering a cloud-based 360Office Platform to healthcare facilities.
