Job Description

    As a Bodyshop Advisor, your role is crucial as you will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team for all body and paint services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the entire process, from the initial vehicle inspection to the final delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a professional manner and accurately understand their vehicles body and paint repair needs and concerns.- Conduct a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle, documenting all damages meticulously.- Keep customers updated on the repair progress, explaining any changes in cost or timeline as necessary.Estimation and Job Cards:- Provide precise cost and time estimates for denting, painting, and accident repairs.- Create detailed job cards in the system, including customer complaints and all necessary work.Insurance Coordination:- Collaborate with insurance companies and surveyors to expedite claim approvals and documentation.- Ensure accurate completion of all insurance paperwork for timely billing and settlement.Qualifications Required:- 1 to 3 years of experience in a bodyshop or service advisor role, preferably in an automobile dealership.- Good understanding of vehicle body repair, painting processes, and insurance claim procedures.The company provides the following benefits:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Internet reimbursement- Leave encashment- Life insurance- Provident FundPlease note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
