Job Description

As a Pega Developer at EY, you will have the opportunity to help clients design and develop state-of-the-art applications using the Pega Development platform to optimize business processes. Your role will involve working effectively as a team lead, striving to exceed client and team expectations, maintaining productive relationships with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Additionally, you will participate in various project phases such as design, development, QA, deployment, and support while adhering to EY policies and quality protocols.Key Responsibilities:- Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication, and update managers on task progress- Strive towards exceeding client and team expectations, working on increasingly complex assignments- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel- Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required- Comply with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management- Ensure adherence to quality protocols specified for the project- Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases to deliver high-quality results- Build Technical Assets and AcceleratorsQualifications Required:- 4-7 years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform- Worked in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Smart Dispute (SD) Framework- Good understanding of Pega Constellation and optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI- Experience in Pega Cloud, SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing, Integration modules, Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, and Security Models- Knowledge of UI/UX & Portals development rules, Pega application performance tuning activities, and Best Practices- Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies- Certified CSSA OR CLSA Part1Additional Company Details:EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities across various disciplines.
