Job Description

    The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst position should have a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. It is essential to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam. A keen desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is crucial, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work on various modules.In the role of a Business System Analyst, you will be tasked with analyzing user requirements and data to develop concepts, create prototypes, and continuously enhance solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating mock-ups and user requirements for IT and technical teams to implement, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, analyze insights, and propose potential solutions. Effective documentation and communication of findings, along with advocating for key recommendations, will be vital aspects of the role.Furthermore, you will work closely with client engineering teams to translate business requirements into functional systems, participate in presales activities such as technical proposals and estimation, and contribute to recruitment processes. Collaboration with agile squads, product managers, and technical experts to develop business rationales and proof-of-concept prototypes will be a regular part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will continuously iterate on prototypes based on feedback to enhance user experience and customer engagement.It is essential to stay updated on healthcare IT developments, including standards, technologies, and workflow methodologies. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of clinical data standards and have hands-on design experience with clinical research systems such as Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Experience in delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions is highly desirable.The successful candidate should have experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and demonstrate skills in system requirements gathering, data analysis, and data engineering. Proficiency in working with DevOps, as well as familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language is a plus.This is a permanent position with the required experience ranging from 3 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MHA or equivalent degree on a full-time basis. Previous exposure in the healthcare domain, particularly in the healthcare industry and business analysis, is preferred.The work location for this position is in person.
