We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.Job Summary: The Chef de Partie (CDP) will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and standards. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation of your section. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Assist in developing and implementing new menu items and specials. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
