Job Description

    As a Food and Beverage Culinary Associate at Le Mridien Kochi, your role involves preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters, and maintaining food logs. You will ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and food garnish, as well as monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food. During busy periods, you will communicate any assistance needed and inform the Chef of excess food items for daily specials.
