Job Description

    You are a growing digital marketing company in need of an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead technology initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a robust background in digital marketing sales and service, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing the companys technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives. You will be tasked with identifying and integrating new technologies to enhance digital marketing and customer engagement. Leading the development of internal marketing tools, CRMs, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards will be crucial. Additionally, overseeing the integration of third-party tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms is part of your role.Collaboration with sales and service teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention is essential. You will need to provide technical support for campaign execution, sales funnel optimization, and client reporting. Building and managing a high-performing tech team, as well as offering mentorship and setting performance standards for developers and IT support, will be key aspects of the job.Ensuring data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant regulations is imperative. You will also be responsible for overseeing infrastructure management, including hosting, cloud services, and data storage.To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing sales and services. Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Tech Lead, Engineering Head) is required. A solid understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools is a must.Technical expertise in web development, cloud technologies, APIs, and integration frameworks is necessary. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are vital for success in this position. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Preferred qualifications include experience in a fast-paced agency environment and familiarity with data analytics, customer journey mapping, and performance metrics. Certification in relevant digital marketing or technology platforms (e.g., Google, HubSpot) is a plus.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring work in person at the designated location.,
