As a Consultant at EY GDS Business Consulting, you will have the opportunity to support MENA clients in their business transformation and digital journey. You will be part of a dynamic team working on Digital & Business Transformation projects, finding solutions to create unique customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:- Undertaking Digital & Business Transformation projects for Consulting Practice clients- Supporting the Consulting practice on large digital and business transformation projects- Conducting market analysis and benchmarking analysis- Managing the relationship with key stakeholders to build tangible business outcomes- Developing new business opportunities by leveraging Arabic speaking capabilities- Working on Sunday to Thursday and supporting MENA timingsQualifications required for this role include:- Minimum 1 year of experience in research and business transformation domain- Consulting skills to provide consulting services and execute on various Transformation, and Innovation- Knowledge in design and develop operating models, policies & procedures, strategy, organizational structure, KPIs, vision, initiatives, maturity analysis, business transformation, business process re-engineering- Understanding of major technology changes, digital trends, and disruptive technologies- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in usage of analytical tools/representationsAdditionally, any UG or masters degree, preferably BE/B-Tech/MBA is desirable.
