Job Description

    As a Consultant 3 Cloud Support Engineer at Concept Reply, you will be an integral part of the cloud and infrastructure team, supporting AppDev and Infrastructure teams operating in Azure and AWS environments. Your primary focus will be to ensure the availability, security, and fault tolerance of services. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing support to the AppDev team via ServiceNow/Azure DevOps for deployments, SQL queries, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCAs).- Managing Azure resources, RBAC, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Servers, and IIS applications.- Administering and optimizing MSSQL databases, as well as executing queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.- Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation and managing CI/CD pipeline deployments.- Monitoring services using DataDog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor to resolve cloud, web, and database issues.- Collaborating in Agile/SCRUM teams, approving CAB changes, and maintaining documentation such as runbooks and best practices.Minimum Requirements:- Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud support within enterprise environments.- Proficiency with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps ticketing and workflows.- Strong hands-on expertise in MSSQL, Windows Servers, IIS, and ASP.NET deployments.- Knowledge of identity/access management with AD, Entra ID, and RBAC in cloud platforms.- Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ability to thrive in Agile/SCRUM setups.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with additional Azure or AWS services (DMS, VPC/VNet configuration).- Exposure to CloudFormation templates and Terraform modules.- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redshift query execution.- Prior experience with production deployments and CAB processes.- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.About Reply:Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
