Job Description

    The Content & Community Operations Executive will be responsible for managing digital operations for Bigg Boss Season 7 Malayalam and Telugu on a 3-month contractual basis. Your primary duties will include overseeing real-time community interaction, editorial publishing, and quiz-based engagement across live feeds and simulcast episodes.For the Telugu live feed operations, you will moderate the live chat to ensure a safe and engaging viewer environment. You will also be responsible for publishing editorial content/cards based on live show events in real-time and coordinating with content teams to reflect key show moments across platforms.During simulcast episodes, you will manage chat moderation and editorial card publishing. Additionally, you will conceptualize and create engaging questions for the JDDD quiz and execute quiz publishing operations with high accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless viewer interaction and experience is also a key responsibility.In Moment-to-Moment (MTM) Content Management, you will moderate user-generated memes to ensure adherence to platform guidelines. Furthermore, you will upload and manage creative templates for meme creation and fan engagement.The ideal candidate should have proficiency in English and Telugu (written & verbal). Prior experience in live content moderation, digital publishing, or online community management is required. An understanding of reality show formats and audience interaction patterns is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage fast-paced, real-time content workflows are crucial. Familiarity with live publishing tools and digital content trends, as well as strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams, are also necessary.Preferred qualifications include a background in media, communications, journalism, or digital content, experience working with entertainment properties or live digital broadcasts, and a creative approach to user engagement and content ideation.,
