Job Description

    As a Creative Director in AI Video Production at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the artistic direction of our cutting-edge video projects that leverage the latest AI technologies. If you are a forward-thinking creative individual with a passion for storytelling and a keen interest in exploring the potential of AI in video production, this position offers you an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and lead the evolution of creative possibilities.Your primary responsibilities will include defining and executing the creative vision for all AI video productions, overseeing storytelling and visual development throughout the production process, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to align creative direction with project requirements, and actively engaging with AI video tools to discover new avenues for visual storytelling. Ensuring creative integrity, innovation, and consistency across all content will be a key aspect of your role.To excel in this position, you should possess at least 7 years of experience in film, advertising, content creation, or digital media, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing impactful storytelling and visual direction. You must demonstrate the ability to lead creative teams effectively, manage end-to-end production workflows, and exhibit either familiarity with AI video tools and workflows or a strong willingness to learn and experiment with them. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with creative, technical, and client-facing teams.While not mandatory, hands-on experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Unreal Engine, or involvement in virtual production, motion design, or interactive storytelling would be advantageous.
