Job Description

    As a Credit Sales - FSV Channel - Relationship Manager based in Ernakulam, Muvattupuzha, your primary responsibility will be to manage business operations for customers who have availed loan facilities from the bank. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, assessing customers financial requirements in terms of investment and insurance, recommending suitable products from our range, securing customer consent for purchase, and accurately completing sales documentation. You will also be expected to cultivate a strong customer base to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, as well as obtaining referrals for potential prospects. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of sales transactions by coordinating medical reports and facilitating the prompt issuance of policy documents. It is imperative that you adhere to the companys sales processes and submit reports in a timely manner.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance or cross-selling Insurance/Banking/Financial Services products. A Degree or Diploma with a duration of at least 3 years is the required educational qualification for this role.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance coverage, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions.
