    • Provide prompt and effective customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues, ensuring a high level of service.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer care, or customer service roles.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
    • Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
    Additional InformationThis is a contractual position with an annual salary of 2,00,000. We have 10 positions available for this role, and the work location is in Kochi and Bangalore.
