Job Description

    Job Summary:We Are hiring passionate and customer-focused Product Advisors (Telesales Executives) to join our dynamic sales team in Bangalore and Kochi. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining premium plans, and converting leads into paid memberships.Key Responsibilities:
    • Contact potential customers and explain premium membership plans.
    • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
    • Handle objections and provide effective solutions to close the sale.
    • Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
    • Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English Kannada (Bangalore) or English Malayalam (Kochi)
    • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals over the phone.
    • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
    • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales or customer service (voice process)
    • Qualification: Minimum HSC Pass (12th Pass)
    • Language Proficiency:
      • Bangalore: Kannada English
      • Kochi: Malayalam English
    • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
    • Working Hours: 10 AM 7 PM
    • Week Off: One weekday off (between Monday to Friday)
