Job Description

    Senior User Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Kochi or Bangalore Category: Digital Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5 Years Salary Range: 10 20 LPAAbout the RoleWere on the hunt for a Senior User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to drive growth at scale for a leading gaming company focused on free-to-play casino games across mobile and web platforms. With 12 titles and a growing portfolio, were seeking a data-driven and creative leader who thrives on optimizing performance marketing campaigns and scaling user bases through innovation, experimentation, and precision.Reporting to the Analytics team, this is a high-impact role where youll lead acquisition efforts, mentor team members, and shape strategy for one of the fastest-growing game publishers in the space.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
    • Set up, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
    • Continuously analyze performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV) and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
    • Manage creative uploads and collaborate with designers to develop performance-oriented ad assets.
    Analytics & Reporting
    • Build performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Leverage attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) for accurate tracking and optimization.
    • Use tools like Looker Studio or similar to present campaign impact and recommendations.
    Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Mentor and guide junior UA team members, providing strategy support and execution oversight.
    • Lead cross-functional coordination with design, engineering, product, and analytics teams.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the UA function, ensuring quality and timely delivery of campaign goals.
    Strategy & Optimization
    • Manage media budgets effectively to deliver scalable growth within cost constraints.
    • Stay on top of UA industry trends, audience targeting strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
    • Proactively contribute to long-term UA strategy, tool adoption, and process automation.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 5 years of hands-on user acquisition experience, ideally in mobile gaming or freemium apps.
    • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and team collaboration.
    • Deep understanding of UA KPIs, tracking methodologies, and attribution models.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Experience with platforms/tools like:
      • Meta Business Suite
      • Google Ads / Apple Search Ads
      • Adjust / Appsflyer
      • Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics
      • Looker Studio (preferred)
    • Working knowledge of ad creative formats (e.g., videos, banners, playables) and briefing design teams.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
