Job Description

    As a Customer Success & Sales Consultant at Libromi LLC, your role involves engaging with inbound and qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, providing business consultation, closing deals, and supporting customers during their implementation journey. This is a consultative sales role with no involvement in cold calling, cold outreach, or door-to-door sales.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct product demos through Google Meet for domestic and international prospects.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.- Follow up with qualified leads and opportunities generated through marketing and partner channels.- Consult customers on how Libromi can improve their business operations.- Prepare proposals and assist in deal closure.- Coordinate with technical and support teams during customer onboarding.- Provide implementation guidance and customer success support during the contract period.- Build long-term customer relationships to improve retention and renewals.- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline activities.- Achieve monthly sales and customer success targets.Qualifications Required:- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following: Digital Marketing, Software Sales, IT-Enabled Sales, Corporate Sales, Technical Support, Business Consulting, Software Testing (QA), Software Development, Customer Success.- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Comfortable conducting online meetings and product demonstrations.- Basic understanding of SaaS, business software, automation, or technology products is preferred.In addition to a fixed salary based on experience and capability, you will receive a 10% recurring incentive on new sales and customer renewals. There is an opportunity to earn significantly more through recurring commissions than the fixed salary, with incentives continuing to accumulate as your customer portfolio grows over time. The average deal size is USD 500 per customer, providing international exposure working with customers across multiple countries. Furthermore, there are career growth opportunities in SaaS, AI, Automation, Customer Success, and Technology Consulting.
