Job Description

    Role Overview:As a customer support representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries. You will need to be proficient in our products and services in order to communicate effectively with customers. Your role will also involve responding to queries, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely responses, collecting customer feedback, and upselling our services where applicable. It is essential to ensure that all communications are logged correctly and in a timely manner. Meeting individual sales targets without fail is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you should be flexible to work on rotational shifts due to the nature of the job. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
