By joining EY, you will not only enhance your own journey but also contribute to creating a more productive working world for all.Key Responsibilities:- Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, publishing, configurations, and customizations- Configure and customize AEM assets- Migrate content and digital assets from legacy systems to AEM and AEM assets- Implement solutions using Adobe AEM and AEM assets- Prototype interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles- Collaborate with Architects to comprehend the design framework- Resolve technical issues promptly and devise strategies to prevent reoccurrence- Work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team setting- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example- Estimate development tasks accurately- Collaborate with remote teams/offices or manage them effectivelyQualifications Required:- Minimum 4 years of hands-on AEM development experience as a Front-end or Back-end developer- Proficient communication and teamwork skills- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience in designing and constructing AEM components, and familiarity with JCR and AEM workflows- Knowledge of utilizing AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or similar- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS, and related technologies- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap- Understanding of Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, JavaScript, and jQuery- Experience in addressing cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)- Hands-on experience in integrating AEM with other Adobe suite products like Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, and Launch- Experience with the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings- Proficiency in setting up and configuring AEM systems- Experience in migrating from other CMS to the latest version of AEM (upgradation experience is a plus)(Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were not explicitly specified in the job description provided.)
