Job Description

    As an Associate Product Operations at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the Product team by utilizing your strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and effective communication abilities. This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience in handling data, processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports by utilizing formulas such as COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables- Conduct data checks to verify accuracy and completeness- Provide support to the Product team in their day-to-day operational activities and documentation- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and communicate updates effectivelyQualifications Required:- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data/operations support- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills- Good verbal and written communication abilities- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt quicklyWe look forward to welcoming you to our team and working together to achieve our goals effectively.
