Job Description

    As a DataOps Engineer with 03 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growing data engineering team. Your main responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure supporting our analytics and operational systems. By utilizing tools like Databricks, PySpark, Kafka, Apache Druid, and Camunda, you will contribute to making data-driven decisions throughout the company.Key Responsibilities:- Build, monitor, and optimize robust and scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Kafka.- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for processing and transforming large-scale datasets in batch and streaming modes.- Integrate data systems with orchestration engines like Camunda for end-to-end data flow automation.- Implement and monitor data quality, validation, and observability practices to ensure pipeline reliability.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.- Utilize Apache Druid to build and manage real-time analytics solutions.- Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for data systems.- Participate in agile team activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Required Skills:- Solid understanding of Python programming and hands-on experience with PySpark.- Experience in data pipeline development, especially in cloud-based environments like Databricks.- Familiarity with stream processing tools such as Apache Kafka.- Exposure to data orchestration tools like Camunda or Airflow.- Good knowledge of SQL and working with distributed data systems.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Nice To Have (Preferred Skills):- Experience with Apache Druid or other real-time analytics databases.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data observability tools.- Experience in Agile software development environments.- Basic understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles.In addition to the exciting role you will have as a DataOps Engineer, our company offers a range of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
