Job Description

    As a senior Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the successful execution of strategic client engagements, particularly focusing on complex technology programs and guiding clients through their AI transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of project and program management professionals, cultivating strong client relationships at the C-suite level, and serving as a key expert in delivery for pre-sales and new business pursuits. Your track record in program delivery within a technology consulting or IT services environment, combined with expertise in the AI and data science domain, will be essential in shaping the future of our AI delivery practice and making a significant impact on a diverse portfolio of clients.Your core responsibilities will involve strategic program delivery, ensuring the successful delivery of a large-scale portfolio of technology projects, with a primary emphasis on AI and data science solutions. You will lead engagements from initial ideation to the operationalization and scaling of production-level AI solutions, providing strategic guidance to clients throughout their AI journey. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive leadership, will be crucial to align program delivery with the clients strategic and business objectives.Additionally, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Project Managers and PMO staff, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement in AI project delivery methodologies, risk management, and client service. Your expertise will be instrumental in the pre-sales cycle, collaborating with sales and solution architecture teams to shape technical solutions for RFPs. Proactively identifying and mitigating program risks, especially those unique to AI projects, and implementing quality assurance frameworks will be essential in ensuring the integrity and impact of deployed solutions.You will also drive portfolio performance by owning and reporting on program health, KPIs, and financial performance to meet profitability and client satisfaction targets. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in technology project and program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in delivering complex AI projects, executive-level communication skills, and experience in commercial business development are required. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary, while additional certifications and industry-specific experience are preferred to excel in this role.,
