Job Description

    Wipro is currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our ranks. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technical transformation implementation at the client end. Your role will involve strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that align with both organizational and client objectives. You will develop program assessment protocols to evaluate and improve Digital Transformation projects while ensuring organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance are met. Additionally, you will lead multiple project teams, manage budgets, and funding channels to maximize productivity.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, such as software engineers, data analysts, product managers, and operations teams, to design and enhance end-to-end processes for operations. Your responsibilities will include leading process improvement initiatives, driving large transformation projects involving automation, RPA, AI/GenAI, and other tools, as well as staying updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance business initiatives. You will conduct regular project meetings, engage with stakeholders, and ensure that transformation initiatives are successfully completed.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management. Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential. Core experience in Digital Transformation in Telecom order management and front office processes is required, along with proficiency in managing stakeholders and change management principles.
