Job Description

    As the Digital Marketing Head at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Plan, recommend, prepare, and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients.- Ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery across the entire digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change.- Provide first-class reporting on campaign performance across all our active services to our clients.- Be a key member of the management team, contributing to agency direction and strategy.- Continuously improve and develop our digital services.- Develop and drive our digital strategy, including content marketing and social media activity.- Act as the digital authority in consultancy work, participating regularly in client meetings and pitches.- Share your experience and knowledge through coaching and developing your team.- Liaise with clients throughout active campaigns.- Apply a multi-channel marketing mix when planning client campaigns.- Produce detailed performance reports and presentations when necessary.- Attend/speak at networking and industry events, acting as the companys digital authority.In addition to the responsibilities outlined, the company is located in Kochi, Kerala, and the job is offered as a full-time position.
