Job Description

    As an experienced and motivated .Net Core Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of backend developers for our Mobi Remit & Digi Remit platforms. Your deep technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem and strong background in leading agile teams will be crucial for delivering scalable and secure software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of backend developers to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.- Oversee sprint planning, task assignments, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure optimal team productivity and timely delivery.- Provide hands-on technical leadership in design, development, and deployment of backend services using .NET Core/.NET 5, RESTful APIs, and microservices.- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support the professional development of team members.- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and application of secure coding principles.**Required Qualifications & Skills:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (BTech), or a related field. Masters degree (MCA) is a plus.**Technical Skills:**- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 5.- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and Microservices architecture.- Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.- Familiarity with .NET Framework 4.8.- Solid understanding of Dependency Injection, Unit Testing, and Git for version control.**Tools & Methodologies:**- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Working knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.**Experience:**- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in backend development, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.In addition to the technical skills and qualifications mentioned, you must be an immediate joiner and willing to work full-time in Cochin, Kerala.
