    As a candidate for the position, your role will involve enhancing applications, optimizing database performance, and supporting reporting systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using .NET technologies.- Designing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and interacting with SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity and performance.- Creating and maintaining reports using Crystal Reports and Telerik controls.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.Qualifications required for this role include:- 5-7 years of experience in software development.- Proficiency in .NET and WPF.- Education: B Tech, BE, MCA, MSc, ME, M Tech.The preferred experience for this position includes:- Software development experience in .NET technologies such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, and WPF for desktop applications.- Experience with front-end technologies like Vue.js and Blazor for web development.- Solid understanding of SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, and performance optimization.- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Telerik.- Experience in building cloud-native applications.- Familiarity with legacy applications built on Windows Forms, .NET 4, C#, and C.- Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile, version control, unit testing, and CI/CD.- Understanding of modern DevOps practices and tools.- Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
