Job Description

    As an Information Security Project Manager at EY, you will be responsible for delivering Information Security IT projects to schedule, budget, and quality. Your role will require technical knowledge of project management processes such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing, including supporting processes like scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management. You will also need experience in portfolio management, program management, methods, tools, and quality assurance. Successful stakeholder relationship management is crucial to support the project team and stakeholders effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Project Planning and Control:** - Maintain close visibility and active control over projects to meet agreed schedule, budget, and scope - Conduct stage gates at crucial project stages- **Resource Management:** - Demonstrate control over the project resource plan - Ensure actual work aligns with planned effort - Actively manage resource requests and allocations- **Forecasting and Financial Control:** - Maintain accurate project financial forecasts- **Deliverable Quality:** - Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards- **Risk and Issue Management:** - Proactively identify and address risks or issues - Regularly maintain RAID logs for reference- **Compliance:** - Ensure projects adhere to EY and Information Security delivery standards**Skills and Attributes for Success:**- Experience with project management methodology, tools, and templates- Track record of customer focus, openness, trust, and delivering on promises- IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle- Strong team working skills across various teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**Qualifications:**- 3 to 5 years in a corporate IT environment- 1 to 3 years of project management experience- 1 to 3 years of experience with IAM technologies**Preferred Qualifications:**- Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)- Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3- CISSP, GIAC certifications or other Information Security related certifications- Experience in EY IT Infrastructure deployments- Specific experience in EY Information Security Service Delivery (especially in IAM domain)EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet while fostering trust in capital markets.
