Job Description

    As a skilled Design & Estimation Engineer (Civil/Interior), your role will involve preparing accurate design drawings, developing project estimates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution of civil and interior design projects. Your strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and good communication skills will be essential for success in this role.- Prepare detailed design drawings and layouts for civil construction and interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and specifications.- Evaluate design feasibility and suggest improvements for cost and efficiency.- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions accordingly.- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are implemented as per drawings.- Prepare material lists, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents.- Analyze project costs, prepare cost comparison reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to suggest innovative design solutions.- Assist in preparing project proposals, technical reports, and presentations for clients.- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior design projects.- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.- Good knowledge of estimation tools, quantity surveying, and cost control methods.- Understanding of civil construction techniques and interior fit-out works.The company is looking for a Full-time Design & Estimation Engineer (Civil/Interior) to join their team.
