Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls. Assist with project management and tracking the progress of work. Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required to support the CEO.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
