Job Description

    You will be responsible for efficiently managing the department in accordance with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. As the Executive Pastry Chef, your role includes serving as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department. You will be tasked with overseeing the successful operation of all outlets and banquets, ensuring they meet the hotels standards and are financially viable.The ideal candidate should possess an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Executive Pastry Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a larger operation. Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills, coupled with a creative flair, are essential for this role.,
