Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining a service-based firm in Cochin as a Field Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate field operations and service delivery. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in field operations, coordination, and team management within the service sector.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead on-ground teams effectively- Act as a liaison between field executives, local authorities, and clients- Prepare reports and maintain records of daily field activities- Handle client interactions to promptly resolve service delivery issuesQualification Required:- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills- Background in management is a plus- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferredPlease note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement.
