Job Description

    About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to be a part of our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in statutory audits and financial reporting, preferably from working with Big 4 firms. A strong understanding of US GAAP and India GAAP is crucial for this role.You will have a crucial responsibility in ensuring the accuracy and adherence to regulations in monthly financial reports and audits. This position will require close collaboration with the CFO and various key stakeholders within the organization.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports following US GAAP and India GAAP guidelines.- Oversee and manage both statutory and internal audits, ensuring they are completed accurately and within deadlines.- Engage in collaboration with external and internal auditors, regulatory bodies, and different internal departments.- Enhance and maintain financial reporting processes, controls, and documentation.- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.- Utilize internal accounting software systems to extract and verify financial data for reporting and auditing purposes.- Assist the CFO in financial planning, compliance, business decision-making, and special projects.Qualifications & Experience- CA Qualified with more than 3 years of experience in financial reporting and auditing OR- CA Inter with over 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.- Previous experience working in a Big 4 firm is mandatory.- Profound expertise in India GAAP and US GAAP.- Experience in managing statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting procedures.- Proficiency in major accounting software systems.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Additional Requirements- Willingness to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.- Ability to join within 30 days of receiving the offer.- Commitment to working onsite (Work from Office).,
