Job Description

    You are a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with expertise in both Angular and React.js, looking to join a premier, award-winning, global business and technology services firm, Orion Innovation. Your role will focus on migrating existing Angular applications to React.js, ensuring feature parity, performance optimization, and maintainable code. Ideally, you have at least 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will play a key role in modernizing the tech stack and improving the user experience of core applications.Key responsibilities include analyzing existing Angular application architecture and codebase, migrating and refactoring Angular components into React.js equivalents, recreating Angular-specific patterns using React patterns, ensuring consistency between old and new code, collaborating with UI/UX teams, and maintaining high-quality code through testing and performance tuning.Required skills and qualifications include 4 years of front-end development experience with strong skills in Angular and React.js, proven experience in migrating Angular applications to React.js, solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling, knowledge of React features and Angular features, experience with state management libraries, build tools, version control systems, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous request handling.Nice to have skills include experience with testing frameworks, familiarity with monorepo setups and module federation, previous experience in application modernization projects, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
