    Location: KochiExperience: 9 12 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysOverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Front End Engineering Lead to drive the architecture and development of modern, scalable, and accessible web applications. In this leadership role, you will shape technical solutions, mentor front-end developers, and work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. Your deep expertise in JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React, along with a strong foundation in responsive design, state management, and cloud integration, will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge products.Join our fast-paced and collaborative environment in Kochi, where innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we build.Key Responsibilities Architect scalable and high-performance front-end solutions for enterprise-grade applications. Lead development teams and provide technical direction across Angular, React, and hybrid technology stacks. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements into robust front-end features. Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x), performance best practices, and mobile-first design principles. Oversee integration with RESTful APIs and back-end microservices. Review code and enforce standards through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best DevOps practices. Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Participate in architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and strategic planning for front-end technology. Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize deployment and delivery workflows using cloud platforms like Azure.Requirements 912 years of experience in front-end development with a strong leadership background. Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. Advanced proficiency in Angular and React, including state management libraries like NgRx or Redux. Deep understanding of Reactive Programming using RxJS. Experience building mobile-first Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.x). Strong knowledge of API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Familiarity with software architecture patterns (MVC, MVP) and serverless approaches. Proficient with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern DevOps pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Skills Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Experience with performance monitoring and front-end optimization tools.
