Job Description

    As a detail-oriented and proactive professional, your role involves managing front office operations and assisting with daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner. You will also answer and direct incoming calls, maintain the front office area, supervise the housekeeping team, and provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling mail, and managing office supplies inventory.Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees- Answering and directing incoming calls- Managing the front office area- Supervising the housekeeping team- Providing administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies inventory- Assisting in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations- Maintaining organized filing systems- Recording meeting minutes- Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers- Ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security protocols for the officeQualifications Required:- High school diploma or equivalent- Associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field (preferred)- 2 - 4 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software- Excellent communication skills- Strong organizational abilities- Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Friendly, approachable, professional, strong problem solver, and adaptable attributes are highly valuedThe company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional development and growth, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.,
