Job Description

    You are a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Next.js and Node.js. Your strong background in full-stack JavaScript development, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing development teams will be put to use in designing and developing high-performance web applications. You will ensure best practices are followed and mentor a team of developers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.- Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization.- Develop and optimize APIs using Node.js and Express.js.- Ensure high-quality code by enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and implementing best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.- Implement and maintain security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols.- Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues for web applications.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.- Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.- Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB.- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Recoil).- Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- At least manage 5 members in a team.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
