Job Description

    As an IT Support Engineer at CTeBS, a subsidiary of Classic Fashion, your role will involve handling technical support, server & network administration, asset management, and IT procurement. Your strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and communication skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations.Key Responsibilities:- Resolve 95% of support tickets within SLA.- Maintain a first-call resolution rate of at least 70% for IT support queries.- Ensure 100% uptime for meeting room setups by proactively testing AV equipment before scheduled meetings.- Maintain 99.9% uptime for all servers and critical network infrastructure.- Conduct monthly security audits and apply patches within 7 days of release.- Reduce network downtime by at least 30% through proactive monitoring and maintenance.- Conduct quarterly IT asset audits, ensuring 100% accuracy in inventory records.- Optimize procurement costs by achieving at least 10% cost savings through vendor negotiations.- Ensure 100% compliance with software licensing and hardware maintenance contracts.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT processes with quarterly updates.- Generate and present monthly IT performance reports to leadership, including incident trends and resolution rates.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 2 years of experience in IT support, server/network administration.- Strong knowledge of server OS, virtualization, networking, and security protocols.- Experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.- Certifications (CompTIA Network, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.Additional Skills:- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, backup solutions, and IT cabling.- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.,
