Job Description

    As a Graphic Designer Lead at Growthfather Pvt Ltd, a performance-driven digital marketing agency, you will lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to ensure creative excellence across all projects. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing engaging creatives for various digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign objectives, translating client briefs into impactful design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, presenting design ideas, staying updated on digital design trends, and managing workload distribution effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring creative excellence across all projects.- Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms such as social media ads, web banners, email campaigns, presentations, and brand collaterals.- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.- Translate client briefs into impactful design concepts and ensure timely delivery of projects.- Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts and campaigns.- Present design ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.- Stay ahead of digital design trends, tools, and creative techniques, bringing innovative ideas to the team.- Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role within a digital marketing agency.- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing creatives, branding, and campaign designs.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva.- Solid understanding of design for performance marketing (FB Ads, Google Ads, Landing Pages, etc.).- Strong leadership and project management skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing discussions.- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.About the Company:Growthfather Pvt Ltd is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
