Job Description

    As a Holiday Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to providing exceptional travel services to our valued clients. Your primary role will involve meticulously planning and curating bespoke holiday packages, crafting alluring promotional materials, and actively engaging in sales endeavors. By adeptly listening to our clients requirements, you will assist them in selecting the ideal holiday experience from our array of offerings. It is imperative that you keep abreast of the latest packages and deals, engage in transparent discussions about pricing, and effectively promote our services.Your key responsibilities will include:- Tailoring personalized holiday packages that align with clients preferences and financial constraints.- Demonstrating a profound understanding of international destinations, particularly Europe and CIS countries.- Delivering prompt and precise customer service through various channels such as inquiries, calls, and emails.- Collaborating with clients to ensure their travel plans meet their expectations and align with the available package options.- Thoroughly discussing travel choices and expenses to guide clients in selecting the most suitable package.- Establishing and nurturing relationships with hotels and transportation providers to secure competitive pricing.- Managing online reservation systems efficiently.- Staying informed about the latest tourism-related news and trends to enhance service delivery.The qualifications and attributes required for this role are as follows:- A Bachelors degree in tourism or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a sales role within the travel industry.- Proficiency in analytical, communication, and presentation skills.This is a full-time position that offers the following benefits:- Health insurance- Provident FundSchedule:- Day shiftLocation:- Ernakulam, KeralaEducation:- Bachelors degree preferredExperience:- 2 years in travel planning and sales requiredLanguage:- Proficiency in English requiredIf you are willing to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, and possess the requisite qualifications and experience, we invite you to join our team as a Holiday Consultant.,
