Job Description

    As an HR Assistant at Hotpack, your role will involve various responsibilities related to job description management, probation coordination, performance review coordination, employee satisfaction surveys, data management, reporting, communication, and support. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications:Responsibilities:- Create and update job descriptions for new and existing staff members.- Prepare appointment letters and ensure completion of necessary documentation for new hires.- Track and monitor employees probation periods and coordinate performance reviews.- Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys, compile results, and prepare reports.- Compile and maintain employee data in Excel spreadsheets and generate reports related to HR activities.- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.About Hotpack:Hotpack is a global leader in sustainable packaging products with a presence in 15 countries across 5 continents.
