Job Description

    As an HR Manager at our NBFC located in Kochi, you will leverage your 4 years of HR experience in Banking/NBFC sector, with a minimum of 1 year in Gold loan related companies. Ideally, you hold an MBA-HR qualification.In this role, you will be entrusted with overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, HR operations, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
