Job Description

    As an HR Recruiter Trainee at our company, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Your role will involve assisting the HR team in various recruitment activities and processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Assist in candidate sourcing from job portals, social media, and professional networks- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases- Draft job descriptions and help in posting job advertisements- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team**Qualifications Required:**- Completed internship in HR or minimum 6 months of recruitment experience- Bachelors degree in HR or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR domainOur company offers full-time, permanent job types with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
