Job Description

    As a Hub In-Charge for Last Mile Operations in Perumbavoor-Ernakulam, your role will involve taking full ownership of hub operations and overall management. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth daily workflow, from inbound to last-mile delivery. Your key responsibilities will include managing dispatches, route planning, and on-time delivery performance. Additionally, you will supervise hub staff, delivery associates, and coordinate with support teams. Monitoring operational KPIs such as productivity, cost, service levels, and accuracy will be crucial. Handling escalations, resolving operational challenges promptly, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in hub efficiency and customer satisfaction will also be part of your duties.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/last-mile operations.- Strong people management and leadership skills.- Excellent problem-solving and workflow management abilities.The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
