Job Description

    As an HR Intern at our company, you will be involved in various tasks to support the HR department. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting the recruitment team in the hiring and recruiting process.- Maintaining and developing the pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions.- Sourcing candidates from multiple portals.- Scheduling interviews.- Serving as the contact person for questions from candidates.The ideal candidate for this role should possess:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Negotiation skills.- Candidates will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their performance during the internship.This is a paid internship opportunity with a contract length of 6 months.
