We firmly believe that digital solutions should align with and support the long-term health of our planet.Role Overview:You are sought after to be a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join the Human Resources team at JIITAK. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to learn core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture. This role includes a three-month probation, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.- Support the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and orientation procedures are completed smoothly.- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance data.- Assist in employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale.- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper offboarding documentation.- Support performance evaluation processes by organizing feedback sessions and reports.- Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.- Assist in asset management, tracking assigned office resources, and maintaining logs.- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.- Participate in training and development initiatives and help track attendance and progress.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.- Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance is preferred.Perks & Benefits:- Job Offer: Successful candidates can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 lac per annum upon conversion to a permanent employee.- Tools: A dedicated Apple MacBook (Apple silicon-based) will be provided during your employment.- Bonus: Performance-based incentives for timely completion of assigned projects.- Exposure: Get an opportunity to work with international teammates.- Amenities: Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office.- Flexibility: Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code.- Work Week: A 5-day workweek schedule.
