Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Interior Designer - Sales at Livspace in Kochi, you will utilize your creative thinking skills to design modular spaces based on client discussions. Your role will involve effective communication with clients to understand their requirements, adapt your approach based on feedback, and stay updated on interior design trends. You will be responsible for managing the sales funnel, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout projects, maintaining design quality, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:- Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure.- Manage Customer Experience during projects.- Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.- Oversee an end-to-end Project lifecycle.- Create BoQ for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.- Conduct logical and trusted Sales pitches to achieve Sales Closure.- Lead Design meetings with customers.- Demonstrate expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services.- Utilize design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD effectively.- Display behavioral attributes of being Result-oriented, a Team player, with Integrity & Ethics, and possessing crisp communication skills.- Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.Qualifications Required:- Graduation or relevant Diploma.- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer.- Led and delivered a minimum of 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects and Renovation projects.- Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.- Design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services.- Sales expertise in Sales Closure, Driving Design meetings, and Coordinating with agencies.(Note: The additional details about the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided job description),
