Job Description

    As a Key Account Manager at our healthcare software company, your role will involve being the go-to person for a group of important customers who rely on our platform. You will be responsible for building solid relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them derive more value from our product. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams will be crucial in identifying opportunities for renewals, expansions, or enhancements. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor account health, usage, and overall outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of customers- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to become their first point of contact- Understand the customers environment and assist them in maximizing the benefits of our product- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, or enhancements- Monitor account health, usage patterns, and overall customer outcomesQualifications Required:- Prior experience in managing customer or key accounts within SaaS, healthcare, or B2B technology sectors- Ability to effectively communicate with customers across different levels, from operations to leadership- Strong organizational skills coupled with flexibility to adapt to changing situations- Demonstrated good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure- Display a sense of responsibility and humor to navigate challenging situations effectivelyLocation: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite) As a Key Account Manager at our healthcare software company, your role will involve being the go-to person for a group of important customers who rely on our platform.
