Role Overview:You are being hired for the position of Salesforce ETL Tester with 5-8 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather automation and ETL testing requirements, developing scalable test automation solutions, performing ETL testing to validate data movement, transformations, and integrations, as well as integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline. You will also be expected to compile and report test results to both technical and non-technical audiences.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation and ETL testing requirements and design scalable test automation solutions- Develop, manage, and execute automated test scripts to ensure product quality- Perform ETL testing to validate data movement, transformations, and integrations- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline- Compile and report test results, ensuring clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences- Participate in offshore, onsite, and client meetings as neededQualifications Required:- 5-8 years of QA experience, including at least 2-3 Salesforce projects- Strong expertise in full-stack testing (backend & frontend)- Strong experience in ETL testing and validating data transformations, migrations, and integrations- Ability to write SQL queries to validate data consistency and integrity across multiple systems- Experience in designing, developing, and managing test automation frameworks- Hands-on experience with Selenium, REST API testing, and CI/CD integration- Solid understanding of software testing strategies and approaches- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments- Ability to work effectively with offshore, onsite, and client teams- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Willingness to attend daily client scrum calls during overlapping hours until 9 PM ISTAbout UST:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that has been working with leading companies for over 20 years to drive real impact through transformation.
