Job Description

    As a Lead Product Design specializing in UX, you will play a pivotal role in crafting human-centered digital products that prioritize ease of use, top-notch interaction design, and a delightful customer journey. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to grasp the product vision and translate it into tangible design solutions.You will be tasked with developing user personas based on research insights and incorporating them into various deliverables such as customer journeys, empathy maps, opportunity maps, and service blueprints. Additionally, you will be creating designs for a range of digital interfaces like websites, mobile apps, kiosks, games, and wearables. Ensuring that screen layouts adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across different touchpoints will also be a key part of your role.Moreover, you will be designing interaction models, wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready interfaces, including Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Regular design reviews will be conducted by you to guarantee compliance with usability standards and user expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and designers, will be essential to ensure cohesive design outcomes that align with stakeholder objectives, budgets, and expectations.Staying updated on industry trends and design innovations will be crucial, along with advocating for continuous design enhancements. Another significant aspect of your role will involve defining and monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for yourself and contributing to team goal setting.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a design-related field such as Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design, or Universal Design. A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong background in usability and user experience, is required. Your expertise should encompass color theory, typography, layout, visual transitions, micro animations, motion design, and dynamic interaction elements.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential. You should also have experience in designing for digital products/platforms and managing multiple complex design challenges simultaneously. A solid grasp of web design principles, responsive design, and front-end development constraints is necessary, along with experience in developing and maintaining Design Language Systems (DLS).Excellent visual communication, presentation, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are expected from you.
